I didn't even think they deserve a star but I was feeling generous. They have zero concept of deadlines, lack of regard for another persons dependency on their services. If you have a business and need items like shirts, business cards, mailers etc, then you'd might as well either burn your money or learn how to do it yourself.
It is inconceivable how they can stay in business with the way they treat customers. I agree with the previous review that we like to keep it local but unfortunately it just can't be. We have taken our business elsewhere and have been much happier since. Good luck but for your sanity, go somewhere else!
