I've dealt with Alchemy Auto Painting & Collision Repair a couple of times and I am pleased with the personnel and service.
Over a year ago, a very large truck rear-ended us. We showed up at Alchemy with the our vehicle and there was a guy waiting for us to take us to get the car rental. We got to know the owner and his wife, as well as the history of their family and all about their kids.
It was a very pleasant experience that first time, and also the second time. They were very informative of how the system worked so that we'd understand what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how insurance fit in and all that stuff.
We had a very good experience with Alchemy. I have recommended them to other people and told our story to them. I can't say how many of the people I've told have gone in there, but they're missing out if they don't go.
