I've used Alchemy Auto Painting & Collision Repair twice now, and the experience has been very, very pleasant. The first time, we took my daughter's car in and they were fair, honest and on time. I experienced the same thing with my car recently. The office and mechanics are very good about doing what they say they will do. The staff have been courteous and available.
Alchemy offers a very cool feature that allows you to follow the progress of the work being done through their website. This tool is very helpful and saves a lot of time. I will also mention that they were willing to negotiate with my insurance company, which was great. I really, really recommend them.
