If I could give them 0 stars I would. Bennett Property Management is truly the worst management company ever. The only thing they are concerned about is your money whether that comes in the form of your rent check or fees they can charge you. They are horrible about getting repairs taken care of even the major ones like water leaks! Several times we had finally given up on getting them out to fix major things and told them we'd just take care of it ourselves and take the charges off our rent - finally they responded and got someone out to address the issues. Save yourself the hassles we had to go through - avoid Bennett Property Management. If it's too late and you're already in contract with them then become familiar with Arizona's Landlord Tenant Rights.
