Review content:
After an accurate diagnosis, an estimate was given for replacing the wiring harness for the daytime running light and for the repairs to the wheel bearings on ones of the front wheels. Although some effort was made to contact me, it took three days to have the work done (approximately 1.5 hours of labor). Once the vehicle was repaired and ready to pick up (after several promised deadlines), the bill included replacing only the daytime running light bulb, but charging approximately $35 in labor (something I could have easily done myself having done most of the work on my car myself). The wheel bearing issue was resolved great however
For over five years, I have had EXCELLENT service from Myers. I sincerely think this was miscommunication. This was only the second time I have dealt with the 'back' shop (vice the 'front' shop off Rt. 5). All things considered, I would still highly recommend Myers to folks around Waldorf.
