Review content:
During the two years I rented with Utopia Management if any problems arose they were right on it. We had the glass on our stove burst out at 2 AM. We don't know why, maybe it was too old, but the fire department came out, and I took pictures and sent them to Utopia Management. Within a couple of days we had a brand new stove.
We had older appliances, like our fridge, and whenever something happened Utopia Management replaced them very quickly. That was very helpful. They were always very professional. Even their maintenance men were professional. They also always get back to you in a quick, timely manner.
They make renting easy. Not once did someone from their company come bang on our door or bother us. We always corresponded by email or letter. We would use them again to rent with no hesitation.
