They evaluate the problem and fix it within the estimate. Their integrity is impeccable. As an example, on many occasions they have stated that there is no need to put new brake pads on my vehicles because there were several thousand miles left on the brakes. Naper Auto Works (NAW)has great technicians that know what they are doing. NAW, from what I understand keeps there technicians trained on the latest testing equipment and auto repair. There prices are reasonable. I have recommended NAW to others and my children. Finally, they have great communications skills.
