I have been using Naper Auto Works for more than 10 years at least and my experience with them has been top-notch all the way. They are honest and they do what they say they are going to do. The quality of their work is also good.
When they told me that I needed a new gasket for the engine, they suggested that I go back to the car dealer who would do it for free, instead of having them do it. That is exactly the kind of attitude that they have at Naper Auto Works.
Another time, when our car would not start, they came out and brought the battery to us. They immediately take care of any issue that comes up. I cannot recall ever having any problems with the work they have done for us.
I have already recommended Naper Auto Works because they do honest, quality work, and fix the car when they say they will fix it. They also keep you informed while they do the work so you know what is going on. Their service is excellent.
