Review content:
The employees at A-1 Chimney are always pleasant and knowledgeable. I have used them once for the chimney and several times for gutter cleaning. We have a 2-story concrete tile roof and there is a certain way to walk on them, so I appreciate not having damage to the roof. This last visit, though, was not worth the $209 they charged. I had the gutters cleaned when the house was power washed before painting last year, so all I really needed was the front where the tree had shed in the gutters. Apparently since the paperwork already said $209, the employee could not change it. The employee did find a leak in one of our gutters and put some silicone on it for now, so that was helpful, and he was very nice.
