I have been going to Maximum for over 20 years, and, while I have looked elsewhere for cheaper prices. I always ended up paying more, through bad service rework, higher part failure rates, etc. I have NEVER had to have work redone at Maximum. I turned a wrench to get through college - their mechanics are thorough and knowledgeable. I have never been recommended something which was not necessary or prudent. They also have taken into account the values of my vehicles with their recommendations -sometimes recommending I DON'T fix something because there was no value in doing so. How many businesses will turn away more work because it is in the best interest of the client? Customer focus is paramount.
