Review content:
Floor Crafters redid the floors and our stairs. They basically had to rebuild the the stairs because of the way they were originally built. They were carpeted, and Floor Crafters had to pull up the carpet, and then do the overlay and underlay of the stairs. It is an older home.
They also customized the bottom piece of the stairs. After they did that, we realized that the bottom step was a little too short. They redid it completely, which included getting new wood, without charging us.
We have older floors, and we also put an extension in the kitchen. They completely matched the new wood with the old. It is amazing because you absolutely can't tell where the old floors stop and the new floors start. They did an incredible job.
They also made a custom stain for me. Because the stain we picked didn't end up looking quite right, they mixed and created a new stain right there in my home to match perfectly. They took everything, like the light in the house, into account.
I have asthma, and Floor Crafters was very conscientious about the dust. They were very good and very nice about everything. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything. They were amazing. The work was great, and they were very conscientious of their surroundings. They cleaned up all their mess.
They were very good. I have no complaints whatsoever. The floors are beautiful, and no one is able to tell where the new and old floors start and finish!
