I had a coupon for Carpet To Go, and called them to assess the carpet situation in one room of my house. When they were measuring the room, it became apparent that it wasn't a standard size, and so I would have to choose from their selection of alternate widths.
The people at Carpet To Go were all very responsive. They worked really hard to find me something I liked in the odd width. They were ready with products for me to look at when I made arrangements to visit the store, and even brought some in from other locations to give me a wider selection. I was able to find what I wanted, and at a good value. It was a positive experience.
