Review content:
Kelly Plumbing & Heating were very professional, courteous and did a very good job. A very impressive thing about them is that they were on time, I mean precise to the time they'd told me and you don't find that to be the case with contractors.
If I had a question, they were very responsive and got right back to me with an informative answer. They had great follow-through and took time to discuss what was to be expected on the following visit. They always cleaned up after themselves after each day of work. I felt like the team of three I had were very good.
There was only one thing that came up during the job, and that was at the beginning we had discussed installing an attic fan. Only, the workers weren't aware of that. So I spoke to the owner about it and he remembered the conversation and told me that would be fine and he'd have the parts within a day and have it installed in a timely basis which they did. So it was just a little case of miscommunication, but they definitely made good on it. I even offered to help compensate for it, but they didn't charge me for it. The way they handled the situation was great. That really made them a very honorable company to work with. I'd absolutely use them again and definitely recommend their services to anybody! A wonderful company to work with.
