Five Star Carpet Cleaning & Restoration came into my house to clean my carpet. I have a white Berber carpet, that is quite old. It had stains from my cat, as well as from the previous owners. The cleaners came in and did a really good and through job preparing and working on the spots. I really like the process they do.
When they left, my carpet looked brand new! I was very happy with the results. Unfortunately, after awhile the older stains from the previous owners started to come back up. It might be from the pad they used under the carpet, or coffee, I'm just not sure.
Even though I was hoping to get those stains out too, I don't think it was the carpet cleaner's process or anything they did. They worked so hard to get all the stains out for me, so I definitely don't think that's a negative.
I have used them again recently, my cat was sick on the carpet and they were able to come in and get out the stains with no problems. They worked quickly and efficiently.
I also think this company is trustworthy. Sometimes we're so hesitant to let people into our homes, but they are always friendly, careful, reliable and professional. I would use them again!
