I agree very much with the previous review. This is one of the most unproffessionaly run salons that I have ever been to. Basically the attitude of the owner is what turned me off the most. Several times they forgot that I had an appointment and I had to wait for them to finish what they were doing.... The overall feel of the place is almost like your at a friends house having them do your hair...until you get your bill. The prices I was quoted before hand never seem to be what I ended up paying. I was very unhappy with the quality of the service that I received (and I had paid well over $1000) and no one ever returned my phone calls. The smoke breaks were constant and during my appointment, which I find to be unacceptable and rude. The one positive thing that I can say is the the girls working their do a really nice job with cuts/coloring. I can say for sure that I will not return to this salon and hopefully the owners overall additude and professinalism will change if she wishes to keep her salon a successful one.
