Review content:
Our family has been taking our cars to Spence and Frye for over 30 years. They are a small shop but they run it very efficiently and professionally. Art runs it that way, and he is always on site, which means he is always available. That is important. Another thing I like is that they service a real cross section of clientele. So, in my my book, his client-base must really think he serves them well.
The shop and bathrooms are always clean. I like that when you call Art, you can set an appointment with him. Of course, if you have an emergency, he will always take you, but I like that he gives you a set time and a set day. Also, I have an engineering background and I find Art to be very knowledgeable.
