Review content:
We've had a couple of different guys from Jerry Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning over the past years, and they've been good. They explain the situation to us, and let us know what our options are. My parents have been using them since before I was born, and we've suggested them to neighbors ourselves. They have excellent service. For example, when they were afraid my furnace was going to go out, they brought over a little portable heater. They always treat us as family. They let us know if there is something we need to do, and we're grateful. They always accommodate our schedule too, especially if it changes in the middle of the day.
