Review content:
The reason we keep coming back to Jourden's Automotive is because we get good service. The only thing about them is that the environment could be a little more upscale. It is negative, and we don't mind it, but the general environment is a little gritty. It is just a presentation thing. People generally want clean and neat.
As with any business, the real issue is a relationship. If at anytime we have issues, they are willing to work them out. It is not just one of the guys, but the whole group is very customer friendly. That is what warrants building a relationship with them. It also makes us trust them and refer business to them.
The one thing we tell people when we send them to Jourden's Automotive is to not be misled by the presentation of the place, because the relationship is so great. I also have no complaints about the work. They put money into the high tech equipment in order to diagnose and analyze the cars. They have been great people to work with over the years.
