Review content:
The work that AJ Wells Roofing did was an insurance settlement. They were highly recommended by the adjuster, the company that was handling the claim. They had a business relationship, which is fine, because the job was done right. We saw them on the internet and we saw good things. They were professional and helped us choose the shingles before the job was done. I wasn't in town, but my wife told me they did the work in an hour and a half and were very clean. They inspected the property, put the property together, cleaned up, and made sure the old material was taken away. I had also seen other work they had done in the neighborhood.
Reading about their reputation online was the most important thing. I take negative reviews with a grain of salt, but I honestly couldn't find anything negative about AJ Wells Roofing. I like the professionalism, and they explained everything to us in great detail. They gave us a lot of options and made suggestions we might want. If there was any other work we could help with, they said to let them know. The work done by AJ Wells Roofing was finished quickly. We were as pleased as possible!
