Pat, the owner of Long Beach Collision, is easy to talk to and very fair with pricing. He is very fast. I was able to get the car in and get a rental all within my lunch hour, so I had no time lost at work. He had the estimate all done within two days, and the car was back in about a week.
I had gone to Pat before, but at that time the insurance decided my car was totaled. He was completely okay with that. He was good to work with, so I told him I would go back with any more work. This time he was able to fix it within the insurance requirements.
It was a great experience. I got the car back in pristine condition. I could not tell anything had happened. Honestly they cleaned everything out, and it looked like a showroom quality car. I was surprised by how nice it looked.
