Pat is always there for you no matter what. I have used Long Beach Collision a couple of times, and Pat works with my insurance to make it hassle free. I can always call him personally, and I never have to get the run around by an employee who might not know what is happening. He gives his full attention to what is going on.
His work is great. He will get on the phone with the insurance and lobby for me to make sure I get the parts I need in a timely manner. I had experience one time where my insurance tried to give me a hood for my car that was not the original hood but a slightly inferior version. Pat got on the phone for me until they were willing to give me the real hood.
If you want to be treated like a friend and not pushed aside, go to Long Beach Collision for sure. It is a no brainer for me.
