Premier Data Solutions was recommended to us by our biller, who used them and really liked them. We have had an absolutely wonderful experience with them.
They are very knowledgeable and quick to solve our problems. Sometimes they will come out right away or within an hour to take care of something. They also troubleshoot with us over the phone.
The quality of their service has been higher than what I expected based on a prior experience we had. Our previous IT person did not seem very knowledgeable at all and was slow to take care of problems. Premier Data Solutions does a great job -- they very efficient and fast.
