I had known a neighbor who had used Tomball Moving, which was why I decided to use them. They went above and beyond: They came out for free to do the bid and they were very thorough, unlike another company that just threw out a number. Tomball Moving was very professional and asked a lot of questions, which I appreciated.
When the movers had to wait for hours because of a delay we had with our clothing, they did so with no attitude at all. They were very kind and patient. When they were finished, they did not leave right away, but rather they asked if there was anything else they could do to help. Tomball Moving provided excellent service.
