Review content:
1. Get an estimate. Agree to work. As they are tearing off the roof I am told there is a $500 dollar cost overrun due to a wrong estimate on plywood. I end up paying $500 more.
2. Metal flashing is agreed on for the entire roof. They get done and leave. I see flashing is missing on front of the house. I call them and am told they were short of flashing and they did not buy more.
I would not recommend to others.

Dear Gary H,
In response to your review I would first like to apologize. I always try to do my best to take care of my customers concerns.
I realize it was our misunderstanding on the plywood. On the day we arrived to start tearing off your shake roof, I had showed up on the jobsite with enough
1/2" OSB plywood to sheet in your roof. When I came to realize that you were expecting CDX 1/2" plywood, I informed you of the cost difference being around $500. I told you I would go ahead and eat the added plywood cost.
You then told me you would," take me at my word," and that you would cover the added expense.
We installed a beautiful 30 Year Certainteed roof that we completed in two days, just as we had been contracted to do.
