My husband works for Brothers, but in my career as a professional person and in the managerial area, my experience using Brothers Cleaning Service was one of my best. I have owned a lot of houses, and I have had a lot of carpet cleaning. Gary was very professional. He got right to work and did my carpets. He did the living room and the hall.
I like the way they do the service. Of course I want to help the company, but it was an excellent experience. He moved everything and put blocks under the furniture. He also put Scotchgard on the carpet. I was amazed. It takes me 2 hours to clean the hallway and living room, and he did all 800 square feet in an hour. I think that is really, really good, especially because most carpet guys waste time.
I am going to have Brothers do everything for the house now. My carpets are perfect. It wasn't old carpet, but it was still plenty dirty. Gary cleaned it and wow! I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently he did everything. He got right to work, and the results were very nice.
I highly recommend them to all my neighbors. He was so courteous, very professional, and very efficient. When you buy something you want your money's worth, and I got my money's worth with Gary. I am very, very pleased. My carpets look really nice.
