Review content:
My parents went to Houska and I have always taken my cars to Houska. I think they are reliable, trustworthy, and honest. They always do a good job and they stand behind their work. I think one time I had a bad part, which is obviously not their fault, and they had me come right back to replace it. So, they stand behind their work. And, they are very nice. As a woman, I feel very comfortable there. I told them I do not know much about cars, and they do not take advantage of me.
They have gone out of their way to accommodate me. They even provide a loner car. When I got a new car, I asked them when I needed to add oil myself in between oil changes, and they told me I could pop in and they would take a look. They are really nice. And, not only is Dennis an honest businessman, he also does a lot of philanthropic work for the PVH foundation, which really impresses me. He actually travels on a moments notice to donate bone marrow, and he is very active in the community. That makes a difference to me.
