I was fortunate - I was referred to Eilenberger's twelve years ago. I owe the longevity of my 1996 Camry with 184,000 miles to their reliable team. Aaron is my chief trouble shooter, and never makes me feel silly when I call about a problem or concern. I have confidence if Aaron says I need something done asap, it needs to be done. What's great is knowing if something can wait, he'll give me an accurate timeline so I can plan for major repairs.
This morning I was on my way to work - my engine wouldn't turn over. I called Aaron, and within 20 minutes he had sent a team over to check out my battery, charge it enough to get me to the shop, change out the battery and insure there wasn't anything else to be concerned about - I was on my way to work within an hour ---and all this without an appointment.
This is an extremely busy repair shop --- if you have a major repair, it will be taken care of in a timely manner --- but you will need an appointment, and patience - thus the four stars on timeliness - they're REALLY busy!!! They will give you a timeline, but will not compromise doing something correctly just to insure you get your car faster. For me, it's more than worth the wait to know I can trust my car is being repaired correctly - these guys are reliable and respectful - and still have a great sense of humor! Aaron and Paul have been my car go to guys for years - I feel fortunate to have found them. I also refer all my clients and friends to them - you'll see several other five star reviews from them! My sincere thanks to Aaron and Paul, and their team!
