Review content:
Quality Heating And Cooling replaced the heating and cooling in the upstairs portions of my house. Last year, I had them do the downstairs and that went great, which is why I had them back to do the upstairs.
The only issue I had this time, was that when they were installing the heating unit in the attic, they did some scratches on the door. I contacted them and they came out and took some pictures and told me they'd call me about what they would do about it. However, it's going on a month, and I haven't gotten a call back on that yet.
The other thing is that we have two bedrooms upstairs, and I'm not sure if one of the bedrooms is cooling properly. I haven't called them about that yet. The bedroom has tall ceilings and there's only one register in there, so it may have to have another one installed. However, I wanted to wait to hear back on the scratches before looking into the other.
