I was very impressed with Debra, the Sales Consultant. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was also impressed with her ability to communicate effectively and how she responded to all of my questions in a timely manner.
The technicians were professional and thorough. They took the time to show me how to change the filter and program the thermostat. They were very friendly.
My only criticism - they could have taken more time to clean the area after installation. The furnace was installed on a blustery day, so leaves blew inside. This problem could have been solved by bringing a small hand sized vacuum with them. Other than that, I would most definately do business with them again! We're very pleased with the quality of service and the product.
