I used to be a customer of Dave, who is now the shop manager at Fallon Automotive. I was a customer of his for years with another shop and when Mike hired him, I went over to Fallon Automotive. So far, I have been there for an oil change and safety inspection. I met Mike and he is a great guy. I called, they fit me in, and they completed everything in a timely fashion.
As an outside sales guy who puts a lot of miles on his vehicle, it is very important to have someone you can go to for factual, needs-based recommendations. I am loyal to Dave because I have complete trust in him and he has always been very accommodating, so that is why I went to Fallon Automotive. They have a really clean shop and all the guys are real friendly. I have already recommended them others.
