I have had a very fancy, expensive Samsung refrigerator for 5 years and the refrigerator started freezing. Joe came (called first, gave me time) and called Samsung techs to discuss the problem. Samsung advised, so Joe did as Samsung recommended. Within the next couple of days, the fridge was freezing again, so I called again and Joe returned with Dan. They are both incredible - and I must say if Dan can't fix it, it can't be fixed. Dan figured out what he thought was wrong, called Samsung techs, and fixed something else. Within a couple of days, it was doing it again. Joe came back, called Samsung, and Samsung hung up on him. My refrigerator was deemed unrepairable and I was advised to contact Samsung to see if I could obtain a prorated reimbursement, which I did, and I was successful in obtaining a settlement (which I am still working on - we'll see how that goes). However, I had paid Service Care $535 for parts and labor and I didn't think it was my responsibility to have to foot that bill, so I called Samsung and they absolutely said no way. Then, I called Ken, the President of Service Care. He called Samsung, on my behalf, to no avail, and when he called me back he said, "I want to make sure you're happy - tell me what we have to do to keep your business." Wow! I am SO happy there are still companies and people in the world who actually care about others. Ken and I worked out a deal and I will be using them for all my appliance repair needs. I have also dealt with Craig, the service manager, who was very helpful. My new fridge is not making ice and he is going to take a look at it for me just so they can make sure I'm completely satisfied. Let me tell you, I am completely satisfied!! I highly recommend using Service Care!!!!
