Himes & Starr Redwood Supply has great customer service. I can shop around and maybe find a better price on some things, but you can't beat their service.
I am a fence builder, I build all sorts of outdoor structures like kitchens and fences, and they supply me with all my materials. I have been using them for about 10 years. They are the best service around.
I buy a lot of stuff from them. There have been times when I was short on a supply, and they have jumped into their pickup truck and brought what I needed to me. They are on top of their customer service.
