The tone was set with Jim and our informative phone converasation as he really explained the process without once being pushy. Being in sales I know pushy, he is truly passionate about his job and it showed through on our call.
Next, Joseph was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and took the attic job which was defintely more difficult ! Two thumbs up... Additionally, Joseph was easy to speak with and explained the process thoroughly. He also advised me to look to P.O for Rodent protection as there was evidence of Rat droppings. (I need a quote for this service please).
Thanks to Sean as he went the extra mile to discuss what he was doing to me and my 3 year old "on numerous occasions". He is knowledgeable and took great care to make our house look untouched.
Both my wife and I are glad we had Planet Orange out and glad to have the opportunity to meet your staff.
