Where do I start? It took them over 2 1/2 hours to move 3 pieces of furniture less then 2 miles. I saw them throw my matress down the stairs. They got my couch stuck in the doorway and never actually got it in the house. I had to get a couple of friends to help me get it in. There was a considerable amount of noticeable damage to the woodwork on the couch and when asked about the damages they said "what damages". So I pointed them out and they pulled out an unmatched marker and scribbled in some of the marks. It looks terrible. I arrived late to my new house and they were just standing around and they charged me for that even though someone was there directing them on where to put the furniture. When they figured out that the couch wouldnâ??t fit they sat around for over a half an hour waiting for me instead of calling. I have made a point to not only not recommend them but I have told many people not to use them. Very disappointing considering how much I had to pay for them to damage my stuff.
