Review content:
Dial One Schilling came to investigate the problem I reported to them with my heater. They analyzed it and made several recommendations. They left it to me to choose what I wanted with no coercing.
We repaired and replaced a thermostat. It is working well. It works the way it is supposed to. Another problem, which they explained to me at the time, might be causing some slowness, but it works fine.
I have had several experiences with Schilling, with plumbing, heating, and air, and I always call them back when I need something.
