Review content:
Everything with Hartshorn TV and Appliance has been very good. They are very honest, and they tell me everything they are going to do before they charge me. When they tell me they are going to be here, they are always on time. They also get back to me in a timely fashion if I need a part.
I really like the mechanic Raphael, and I usually call for him. He is the one I deal with, and I am not too familiar with any of the other guys. He is a really nice guy and does a really good job. They were recommended to me, and now I recommend Hartshorn and Raphael to anyone I know.
They have repaired my refrigerator, an oven, the air conditioner, replaced an ice maker, and fixed my drier and washing machine. We have pretty much used them for any repairs. They are a very honest and upfront company. They are someone you could trust and look forward to working with. It is hard to find good, honest people, and they have treated me right.
