I've used Floor De Lis several times in the past, and just recently I used them to help find a specific piece of flooring I was searching for. I was in a pinch, our project was already going when we needed a piece of flooring, we didn't want to stop the project so I turned to Floor De Lis for help.
Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during this process. I was able to send him pictures over the phone of what I was looking for. He located the item for me, I picked it up that afternoon and was on my way in no time at all. I didn't even need to get out of the car for the pickup, the service was that good! We kept communicating through text and phone. This was so easy!
