Review content:
Jewell Auto has a fantastic team in the front office. They are very kind and helpful. However, I have had my truck in there a few times this year. First, my truck was missing and I was charged somewhere around $1000 for miscellaneous repairs.(It still misses) Then, I wanted my transmission fluid and filter changed. I was told it had a seal going bad. I had never noticed any leaks but I said replace it. That was also ballpark $1000. A couple weeks later I noticed a leak around the pan and the tail end of the transmission. Took it back, they said they fixed the problem at no charge. A few weeks go by, I notice the same thing. I take it back in and was told that I needed an o-ring. After I get it back it was still leaking. So I was forced to take it to a transmission shop and explained the problem. They said there is not an o-ring in the tail shaft of the transmission. I really think Mike and the crew are great people but not sure that I will be going back.
