Mr. Glabe was very professional and friendly, and I really appreciated his willingness to perform the inspection on a Sat. or even Sunday, although we ended up having to wait until the following Monday because of the realtor's being unavailable that weekend. I also appreciated the pictures he took in the attic showing incomplete insulation. I was, however, quite disappointed when, after the inspection, I learned that A.D.H.I.S. does not inspect sprinkler systems whatsoever - this ended up being an item that really will need repairs in the front and is non-existent in the back. I also am a little frustrated that he didn't provide more itemized details of exactly where the exposed or rusty nails were on the roof and where the rusty flashing was.
