Buying a home is one the most stressful things I've ever done. I agonized over almost every decision and unfortunately had a lot of bad experiences/service during this process. To make matters more difficult, I am a perfectionist and want everything done just right. When first speaking to Alan Glabe of American Dream Home Inspection Services, he described what he would look for in and around the home, approx. time it would take, and when I'd have my report. He was friendly, professional, intelligent, and thorough. I liked him already, and when he fit me in his already full schedule (and showed up an hour early), I looooved him!! He was even nicer in person, and went right to work. Alan identified problems with the home and upon request gave estimates of what it might cost to fix them, which he didn't have to do. He had the report finished later that night and I was extremely happy with it. A few days later, a nice hard copy (neatly put together with color photos in a folder) arrived in the mail. I've already recommended him to my lender to help others get the same hassle-free, professional, thorough service I got! Thanks a million Alan!!! I would definitely call Alan again.
