My garage door opener went out, and I called Pinnacle Garage Doors for a second opinion. I am a do-it-yourself kind of guy, but I wanted an opinion on the garage door. They were in the area, so they stopped by, took a look, and let me know what was going on. They were more than happy to sell me the parts. They even gave me direction on how to repair the gears myself.
A lot of companies aren't so friendly to do-it-yourself people, but Pinnacle gave excellent service. It was the only time I've used them, and it was an excellent value. The whole time they were honest and very straight forward. I even asked them if it was worth repairing or if I should just replace it, and they told me that, especially since I was doing it myself, it was worth it.
