Businiess name:  Tony & Vinnie's Italian Bakery & Deli
Review by:  Dom M.
Review content:
I have been eating Tony & Vinnie's bread since just about the day of their grand opening. When I stepped in the door that first time, I knew that I had found a very special place. The aroma of fresh baked bread smacked me in the appetite - a good thing, to be sure. Their Italian and French loaves have perfect crust and the bread inside has the absolute right texture. A baker will tell you that making good bread is an art and, trust me, the folks here are artists. You owe it to yourself to get a loaf or two and dig into them as soon as you hit the car. That's what I do. Even though I have to vacuum out the crumbs afterward, it's all worth it. They have all the good Italian stuff in the deli but you could put almost any brand cold cuts on their rolls and they would be delicious. When we cook Sunday dinner for a Paterson homeless shelter we bring their bread. It never fails to bring a smile to the faces of the men we support.
