we wanted to order cabinet handles and when we picked them out, we were told they were all in stock and when we went to order them, they weren't so we had to order them and now we have to wait.
we don't mind waiting but would have preferred to have known ahead of time.
When we paid for the ones in stock and ordered the back ordered ones, we felt an indifference in the payment process. Didn't seem to be any appreciation for placing an order. there were lots of handles and no attempt to provide a bag so I had to ask for one and it seemed like a bother.
Your store is tops and the layout and samples are top notch and the sales staff is very friendly and you have an ample supply of dog biscuits
on hand. We will continue to shop there.....
