I bought my 2010 CTS at holman and will never use this dealership again. A week after I got the car my low tire warning light came on. I was going by the dealership and stopped in at the service department at 10 minutes of 6. They told me they were closed, even though the sign on the building clearly stated 6PM. I was just asking them to check it and put more nitro fill in if needed. That set a bad taste right away. I then took it in for an oil change and was surprised when they handed me a bill for $107. I was never told the car used only MOBIL 1 synthetic oil. Then I brought it in to have the brakes and a few other things checked. The service department told me I needed front brakes, which I did not, and tried to upsell services that I did not need or want. They told me that I had a rattle coming from too much in the center console and that I needed my intake manifold/plenum cleaned from the inside. The total repairs would be 365 dollars. I asked to speak with the Service manager, the General manager and the dealer principle and none of them even had the common courtesy to return my phone calls or emails. I don't know about anyone else, but, the thought of spending 50G on a car just to have the service department attempt to rip you off while trying to up sell service to people who might believe them is insane. Do your self and all the other cadillac owners a favor and DO NOT USE HOLMAN for service. Do not expect them to act like business professionals, because when you request answers for their actions they ignore you. I have documentation to prove all of these facts stated.
