Review content:
While looking for the perfect truck online, one caught my eye for not only it's great appearance, but it's great price too. I tend to stay away from dealerships as I equate the sales people as sharks looking hungrily at any browsers. At ToyotaMarin my experience was different. Starting with the online emails which were quick and courteous, I had a feeling I was off to a good start. The sales team was so helpful and committed to helping me get into my truck that I didn't hesitate to drive the 100 miles or so to Marin from east of Sacramento.
The initial experience at the dealership was baffling. Apparently the power went out shortly before I arrived. This meant the paperwork could not be completed; it also meant the truck was not detailed appropriately. Furthermore, the truck had incurred a few more dings and scratches since the photos were posted online. I was frustrated to say the least.
The sales folks made sure I was satisfied. They released the truck to me that night and sent a courier to sign the docs at my home the next day. When that was completed I filled out a Due Bill to include some fixes on the truck. Matt Shone stayed committed to seeing the repairs and details through. I not only ended up with an awesome truck at an awesome price, I had a truck that was better than i imagined.
I would recommend Matt Shone and Toyota Marin to anyone who is looking for an excellent deal and who seeks to be treated respectfully and professionally.
