DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE!!!! If I could give this place no stars I would. We have lived here a total of two months, and we hate every minute of it. They over charge for everything. They tell you water and garbage is included. Yes it is included, in your montly rent. 1065 turns in 1110. Then they want a non refundable pet deposit of 350. And once you move out they charge you to clean the rugs 200 even though you gave them almost 400. They refuse to let us have a fence because we do not want to buy a 10x10 tiny fence for 1500 which we have to leave behind. I have two dogs who want to run, and yet they let a neighbor who was grandfathered in keep a chicken wire fence while everyone else must suffer. The people in LOWVILLE are rude. They tell you that you are 29 miles from ft. drum your 45 mins real time. You can complain all you want about your neighbors. ours abuse their animals while DC PROPERTIES do not say anything about it. People never obey the pet policy of two dogs, so I currently have all five of my neighbors dogs pooping everywhere in my yard. The next door neighbors daughter looks in while we eat. Then they send a message to everyone on a flyer like a slap on the hand do not do that. They do not allow tie outs. They dont allow your dog off the leash so they expect you to walk out side on a four foot leash with a big dog and hope it poops for you. This place is disgusting my cieling is caving in I have bugs everywhere, spiders constantly come into the house because this was developed on a swamp land. DC PROPERTIES is terrible
