I rented a townhouse through them for a year and a half. it took castro himself 8 months to come a fix damages that were in the home before i moved in, Shortly after moving in my new rental they had gotten a new receptionist who had a baby. She got to work there with her children running around. everytime i would call they baby would be crying in the background and she would put me on hold. when she would return she would apologize for keeping me on hold and that she had to breast feed her baby! an everytime i would come in to hand over my rent money the baby would be there playing and having a good ole time like it was a day care. after moving out.. i left before my second contract was up and they told me i would have to continue paying rent every month until my contract is up or they find a new resident. talk about money hungry. Then the demanded my keys before my 30 day notice was up. I will never rent from them. They put up a front and make you think they are professional and then shit on you when you go to leave.
I do not recommend them to anyone!
