From the moment we met Martin, the Owner of Blooma, to the final moment when the crew being done with their great work, smilingly waved Good-Bye, we were so pleased and content with their total service, that it felt amazing and gratifying! It was a sad day to have arrived to the decision to cut our 100ft Diadora cedar, due to its leaning toward our neighbor's house and the propensity of the tall forks at the top to split and eventually fall. But knowing that we were in good hands, with thoughtful care and very skilled experience made this day so much more do-able and pleasantly handled.
The team of five worked closely and carefully, communicating at every point...resulting in a very efficient, safe, and well-planned tree-cutting and removal project. They worked diligently, and consistently, and had all the right tools, for every aspect of the job. Martin's initial estimate of four hours to do the job was right on.
They arrived promptly at 7:15 and they were totally and safely done, including a totally clean working environment, by 11:15 am.
The entire crew was courteous, careful, and skilled at their function in the job.
Time was not wasted, and neither was skill and a healthy respect for safety.
We felt the cost was very fair, considering the skill levels, and the amount and variety of chain saws, and other tools and safety rigging they used.
We highly recommend Martin and his entire team, which includes his son!
