The food at Chicken & Rib crib is nothing short of horrid:
The ribs are full of fat, yet somehow manage to be tasteless, dry & lacking any discernible BBQ flavor at the same time.
Perhaps it's because they barely provide any BBQ sauce at all.
Beware the mashed potatoes (which are instant & tasteless) & gravy (ditto).
Coleslaw is ok, yet suspicious.
And the bill? FAR too outrageous, considering the terrible quality of the meal.
A total & complete rip-off.
My advice, to anyone craving really good ribs, is to steer clear of this sorry excuse for takeout & high-tail it over to Tony Roma's.
Pros: local establishment, delivery avail, take-out only
Cons: BAD food, overpriced, low-class service
