Review content:
The Business Bank just celebrated their anniversary and as a result they offered a 5% APR rate on a 12 month CD. I went to open the CD but had not realized that the bank had already closed. Without making me feel uncomfortable, the teller opened my new account, answered my questions and worked with me patiently. We were nearly finished before I even realized they were already closed. I apologized to the teller saying I didn't know they closed and she let me know that the customer comes first at The Business Bank and it was no problem at all. Very impressive attitude and customer service here.
